Ooh. A few deep breaths might help too.
Hey there, Yum List! It works too but in that moment of anger, I tend to look for soothing Catholic hymns or head-bashing grunge rock songs. >.<
Always good to pray, sing praise and worship in times of trouble and worries. Can be soothingly therapeutic...at least.
I definitely agree with you, STP. It's only been lately that I have started to leave every matter up to the Lord to handle. =) Come to think of it, my neighbor was playing "What A Friend We Have In Jesus" on the organ. I think she must've been as stressed as me at that time.
Thanks for sharing this. Unfortunately I saw it a tad too late. I've already sent a hate mail to someone that I am not sure if I should have send to. Lol <.>
No probs, mishberries! Perhaps you could send another email to the person, apologizing for the rash response? Unless you know the recipient in real life, I think it won't return to haunt you. =)
Sorry to hear about your problems! :xIt's a good and chill song though.
Gee, I didn't quite touch on the problems, HB. It's one of the handful of songs produced by Hillsong that I love to bits.
Generally I meant, with the infuriating night and all. ;)I love quite a few songs by Hillsong, was searching high and low for one of theirs a while back.Keep the faith! :D
Oh yeah, you're right; I'm surprised you remembered about it, HB. =)
Praying does help...and faith moves mountains.
It took me a long time to realize that, STP.The old me will damage items whenever I'm infuriated, but prayers have helped me to keep my negative actions in check. =)
