01/06/2013

I dreamt that since we were able to throw out some time out of our busy schedules to catch up, we agreed upon a day and time to meet up for shopping. It was my familiar friend behind the wheel but for some weird reason, we found ourselves lost in a foreign area with little traffic. I exhaled deeply, not wanting my panic to throw my friend into further worries.

But as we drove along this coast, I whipped out my camera and told her to drive a little slower as I wanted to take pictures of the beautiful oceanic waves and the Aussie-like outback with the spiky cactuses.

  1. Was this something that happened in a dream or did it actually happen? I really like the writing in this post, btw. It sounds like a passage from a novel =)

    1. Well, Sean, minus me getting lost and taking pictures, it had actually happened a couple of days after the dream. =)

      Thank you, Sean!

    1. Hey, suituapui! It is smack dead in the middle of my childhood place (Wangsa Baiduri) in Subang Jaya. Most SJ folks know it as Lake View.

As for the picture, it was taken with the help of one penthouse owner living in one of the condos there. =)

    1. Yes, it did, Eve - minus us getting lost, though. =D It happens whenever I am to meet up with any one of my peers. =/

  4. Nice one! I agree with Sean too, great writing, especially with the title going down.

It's a beautiful shot, didn't know a scene like this would come out of Subang Jaya! :)

    1. Gee, thanks, HB! =D

It took me some digging and persuasion to have this picture taken. Well, there's another place. One Avenue's sky terrace garden has beautiful shots too. =D

    2. Oh yeah, I've been to One Avenue's sky terrace - good place to look out over the surroundings. It reminds me of this place in Bangkok. :)

    3. Cool, you've been there! =D

Yup, it does provide an unobstructed view of the neighboring districts and gosh, the breeze made me felt like I was somewhere else the last I was there...

    1. Thanks, Eunice!

A panoramic view, it was. Well, the picture was taken using a discontinued Sony Ericsson phone. (I think.) =D
