Note: this is a scheduled post.
Dinner: 1 bowl of yoghurt with 4 cream crackers and a banana, sprinkled with milk powder
Supper: 1 1/2 bowls of yoghurt with dragon fruit
Plain yoghurt is perfectly fine with me, but there are days when I want to spice its color (and taste) up with fruits or other ingredients.
I ate Dragon Fruit, too a few days ago!! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's not a common fruit here in Uk, but they were selling it at the market and I couldn't resist buying it!
Many greetings!
It has a high nutritional value too, Laura. And that's the reason why I keep buying dragon fruit (the purple-colored one) even though it's pricey. =/
DeleteSame to you, too! =)
Yum! I like yoghurt - this one homemade?
ReplyDeleteCream crackers with yoghurt - haven't tried that before though.
Yup, Huai Bin. All the yoghurt in the house is homemade. Mama Carrie taught me the trick and method to making it. =)
DeleteGive it a try; it's pretty tasty...
I love yogurt in cooking like in those Indian dishes but not on its own. My daughter loves it though.
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried cooking with yoghurt, suituapui, but I think I know what you mean. Something like the chutney, right? =)
